Lessons are available for riders and horses
just starting out, and up through the highest international standards.
Ann Guptill, 1987 USET Pan Am games team Silver Medalist and US
Dressage Federation Certified Instructor, oversees the lesson and
training program at Fox Ledge.
Fox Ledge's qualified instructors teach
boarders and clients who ship their horses in. Lessons are conducted
day and evening, on week days and weekends. Instruction is designed
to be challenging and enjoyable, emphasizing creating a harmonious
partnership.
Students may take private or semi-private
lessons, using their own horses or Fox Ledge's well trained school
horses. In addition to regular dressage lessons, students may choose
to work on their seat in a lunge lesson to develop their feel and
skills. Beyond dressage, our instructors are also qualified to teach
jumping lessons.
Ann Guptill is available for private
lessons and coaching at shows by appointment. Ann also conducts
training clinics for both dressage and musical freestyle at the
Training through Grand Prix levels throughout the country. In addition,
as a USDF "L" judge graduate she is qualified to judge schooling
shows.
